• Major cities: 1–2 business days

• Other regions: 2–4 business days depending on location

Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges depend on:

• Delivery location

• Package size/weight

• Delivery urgency (normal or express)

The exact shipping cost will be communicated before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

• Customers will receive updates via call, SMS, or WhatsApp

• Bus shipments include tracking details / bus plate number

• Rider delivery includes driver contact

• Motorcycle delivery(Bodaboda) (Dar es Salaam)

• Bus cargo (Upcountry)

• Courier services when necessary

• Cash on Delivery (Dar es Salaam only)

• Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa)

• Bank Transfer

8. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails:

• Our team will contact you to reschedule

• Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

• Report within 24 hours

• Provide photo/video proof

• We will resolve immediately
